How does the process work?

Every PRKN watch begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your story, business, milestone or passion before creating a design concept. Once approved, your watch is produced, assembled, tested and prepared for delivery.

Do I get to approve the design?

Absolutely. We work closely with you throughout the design process and no watch moves into production until you're happy with the final concept.

Can I use my business logo or artwork?

In most cases, yes. Business logos, family crests, personal artwork, photos and custom elements can often be incorporated into the design.

Can you create a watch from an idea?

Yes. Many clients come to us with nothing more than a story, milestone or rough concept. We'll help develop the vision and turn it into a finished design.

Will I receive design updates during the process?

Yes. We keep our clients informed throughout the design and production journey, ensuring you're involved at key stages and can see your project taking shape.

Pricing​

How much does a PRKN watch cost?

Every project is unique, so pricing varies depending on the complexity of the design, custom manufacturing requirements and components selected. Projects generally begin from $1,400, with final pricing determined by the scope, materials and level of customisation involved.

Why aren't your prices listed?

No two PRKN watches are the same. Rather than offering fixed pricing, we provide tailored quotes based on the story, design requirements and manufacturing involved in each project.

​

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance payable prior to delivery.

​

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment methods which will be discussed during the quoting process.

Timeframes

How long does a PRKN project take?

Most PRKN projects take approximately 3–4 months from design approval to delivery.

Timeframes may vary depending on project complexity, custom manufacturing requirements and component availability. We'll keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates as your project progresses.

The Watches

What type of movements do you use?

PRKN offers both automatic and battery-powered movements depending on the requirements of the project. During the consultation process, we'll discuss the advantages of each option and recommend the most suitable movement for your design, budget and intended use.

Can I choose between an automatic or battery-powered watch?

Yes. We offer both automatic and battery-powered movements depending on the project. Some clients prefer the craftsmanship and mechanical nature of an automatic movement, while others prefer the convenience and accuracy of a battery-powered movement.

Can I choose the watch style?

Absolutely. Case styles, colours, bands, movements and design elements are selected as part of the consultation process.

Are your watches water resistant?

Water resistance varies between models and will be discussed during the design process.

Can I choose the colour of the case and band?

Yes. Most projects allow you to choose from a range of case finishes, band styles, colours and materials to suit your vision.

Warranty & Servicing

Do PRKN watches come with a warranty?

Yes. All PRKN watches include warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. Full warranty details are provided with every watch.

Can my watch be serviced?

Yes. Like any quality timepiece, periodic servicing is recommended to ensure long-term performance and reliability.

What happens if my watch develops a fault?

If you experience an issue with your watch, contact us and we'll work with you to assess the problem and determine the best solution under our warranty and service policies.
