At PRKN Watches, every watch is created specifically for an individual, team or organisation. As each project is custom designed and approved prior to production, we do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind requests once a watch has been completed and delivered.
Design Approval
Before production begins, clients are provided with design concepts and have the opportunity to review and approve the final design. This process is intended to ensure the finished watch accurately reflects the agreed vision, story and design requirements.
Once final design approval has been provided and production has commenced, the project cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded due to a change of mind or personal preference.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an item that does not match the approved design, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Where required, supporting photographs and additional information may be requested to assist with the assessment.
