This Warranty Policy applies to all watches supplied by PRKN Watches.

PRKN Watches designs and assembles custom, one-of-one timepieces using globally sourced components and custom-made elements.

2. Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

3. Warranty Period

PRKN Watches provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

4. What is Covered

- Mechanical movement defects
- Assembly faults
- Manufacturing defects in PRKN Watches components

5. What is Not Covered

- Wear and tear
- Impact damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions
- Third-party repairs or modifications

Water damage is not covered unless stated in writing.

Custom finishes may change over time and are not defects.

6. Bespoke Nature

Each PRKN Watches timepiece is individually built.

Minor variations are not defects.

7. Water Resistance

Water resistance is not permanent.

Recommended every 12–24 months.

Failure to service may affect performance.

9. Warranty Claims

Watch may need to be returned.

10. Non-Warranty Repairs

A quote will be provided before work is completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

PRKN Watches is not liable for indirect damages.

12. Authorised Servicing & Repairs

All servicing should be done by PRKN Watches or approved providers.

Unauthorised work may:

- Compromise performance
- Affect water resistance

PRKN Watches may decline warranty claims if issues are linked to third-party work.
