Delivery and Shipping Policy

Production & Delivery

Every PRKN watch is created specifically for an individual, team or organisation. As each project is custom designed and produced to order, production timeframes vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. 

 

Once your watch has been completed and the final invoice has been paid, your order will typically be prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

PRKN Watches ships Australia-wide and may offer international shipping on selected projects.

Orders are generally sent via Australia Post or an appropriate courier service depending on the destination and requirements of the shipment.

Standard shipping is included in the project cost unless otherwise specified. If express shipping is requested, additional charges may apply.

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside of PRKN's control once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting your watch upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged during transit, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved design specifications, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@prknwatches.com

To assist with our assessment, please include photographs and a description of the issue.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

PRKN watches are custom designed and approved by the client prior to production.

As each watch is created specifically for the individual, team or organisation placing the order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the approved design. Our design process includes consultation, concept development and client approval before production begins. This ensures the final watch reflects the agreed design and project requirements.

Once final design approval has been provided and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded due to a change of mind.

Warranty Claims

If your watch develops a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please refer to our Warranty Policy for information regarding coverage, exclusions and claim procedures. Where a valid warranty claim is identified, PRKN will work with you to repair, replace or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with the Warranty Policy.
